I saw someone post a "modern train" so i decided to post my version of the
modern train i began a while ago. It's still unfinished (the media clouds
are missing).

Sorry but i've done this rendering a month or two ago and don't remember
exactly the render time ... i guess it took something like 4 or 5 hours
(original size : 1024*768) on my PII 450 + 128Mb of RAM.

I love it.....
I like it a "nightscene" and you can add more lights to the train for that
lighty effect....

This images was created entirely in CSG with pov. No modeler were used.

It's a beaut to be sure, I really like it. Lights for the front would help
a lot, also I think you need to make some flexible room between sections so
it can appear bendable. As is makes it seems too rigid. The enclosure and
the rest is great.

this is very easy on the eyes. I have a couple suggestions though. First,
the windows look a litte fake. It seems like they should be slightly inset
in the frame of the train. Same with the lights. Although the cover might be
flush with the frame, it might be more realistic to be able to see the
inside of the light casing.
a nice thin layer of clouds would look good too i think.
