This didn't come out quite as well as I'd hoped, but I'm not sure exactly
what's wrong with it. It would probably serve as a detail in a large image.
Just hand-coded CSG, and not very complicated at that.

You should use filter rather than transmit in the handle colors, I
think...

	Nice model otherwise.

Looks like Craftsman to me. Mine set has longer blades
(always at least as long as the handle) and flares out a
bit just back of the tip... sort of a diamond shape if you
look at it from the side.

Fantastic image! I love the distorted graph paper through
the clear plastic. Thanks for posting!

Looks to me like the metal texture should be somewhat shinier. Why not
try something like chrome, and then try to find a happy medium?

Shouldn't there be cap thing on the back end of the handle? Looks like it's
missing something there anyway, I'd have to get out of my chair to go look,
I'm too lazy though. Good one though.

Excellent job, though I think it needs a closing trapezoid there on the tip.

Try an area light to fix up the shadows.

Other then that, it looks really good!

Derek

The handle's fantastic but the blade sucks, try making it a
much darker grey and give it a bit of irid.

Nice work.

Just got a look at some screwdrivers at a Wal-Mart store. This is actually
very close to a Stanley 3" slotted type. The basic handle and tip anyway,
not the neck part. It actually does go straight at the tip, no trapezoid.
Oh, and no end cap for the handle like I was thinking (only a Popular
Mechanics set had metal ones {for hammering on? well I do}) although ithey
all seem much more rounded.
