Hi everybody!
Yet another fractal, but with a diffrent touch. The idea was stolen from on
of Paul Bourke's pages about fractals
(http://www.mhri.edu.au/~pdb/fractals/gasket/). Slammed together in a rush
so don't complain.

Complain? There's not much to complain about here, very nice image. I like the
soft shadow produced by the area light, and the floor texture. One small
suggestion. The coke cans are a bit too Fat for their height. Also where did
you get the Coke can image map? I tried doing a coke can ones, I cut the two
ends off flattened it out and scanned it in, it didn't turn out good though. It
was too crinkled and the light from the scanner reflected off these wrinkles
making for a bad image map.

try scanning the wrapper from a bottle of coke, then adjusting the image in
Photoshop or something.
Remember you can only ever look at 50% of a can at any time,so the texture
doesn't have to be 100% accurate, only the side which ppl see :)

I did the cut up can once. Turned out reasonable. It was a tough scan
though, handheld type scanner. Ever use one? Imagine pulling slowly across
a metal surface with jagged edges. The unbelieveable difficulty arose when
trying to match up a texture of the modeled "missing" ends.
Oh, it's in a image at my web spaces gallery, severely jpg compressed:
