Yes, I had exactly the same feeling.
Is it a waking up mermaid (which I doubt) or the lochness monster being
disturbed (sorry Ken).
But this picture is great ! ( I am not trying to make up for what I
said)

I say it's Mike Tyler, Ken's gifted nephew. More the 8 1/2 year old face
than a "girl" face or "neandrathal Pat". Well, almost not anyway.
Aside from this, pretty good head-making. Hasn't it been mentioned how
difficult it is to do this right? Good attempt at it.

Great work, Ken!
One little thing, though. . .you may want to make a bit of specular
highlights, or maybe a phong highlight (I didn't mess with phong much, so I
don't know it would come out.)
How did you do that hair?! Looks awesome :)
Keep up the good work!

Great image, one of the better heads I've seen in Pov-Ray. A few suggestions
though. I can see why everyone else say's it looks like someone they wouldn't
want to meet, it's the eyes which have this effect. They look like they are
part of an image map. I would make the eye's separate objects, and make them
brighter and sharper. Your current eyes look foggy and milky black. Also I
would move the eye's down a bit. Oh and the nose seems a bit too wide higher
up. At the base the nose it great! But as it extends upwards it should get
smaller and perhaps remain a little farther from the face than you have it.
The nose seems to blend in a bit. And last thing I would make some ripples or
some form of disturbance around his neck in the water, otherwise it looks like
someone cut his head off. Otherwise great image! Who is it?
