Focal blur yes, lens flares no. There are include files that add the
lens flare effects but there is no official internal support for them.

And be very careful when you put lens flare (via an include file) and
focal blur together.  Rays traced when focal blur is used can miss the
objects (discs) that create the fake lens flare.
