A tiny scale model of 109 on a wooden work surface. I have yet to add the
paint container, brush, decal sheet, etc.

Can you see where we got heavy handed with the adhesive? :)

Beautiful! But the model planes I built were never quite that reflective...
and my paint jobs were never quite that perfect. But I think the image
is great (and will be even better with other objects).

My brother is a die hard model builder. I have been for
years working in the electro-chemical plating industry.
He once talked me into taking some parts from one of his
aircraft models into the shop to bright nickel plate them
for him. With a little metal finishing work afterward we
achieved a very realistic looking model- in this case a
B-25 bomober. The only thing that really looked fake was
the plastic cockpits and pilot figures inside. Realism can
be had but it is expensive for them without access to the
right materials and difficult without the know how.

Adhesive? No, I don't. But then I don't build scale models either :)
Looks good, though the contrast from light to dark appears pretty
drastic to me, but then what do I know.
Real nice plane.
