Fiddled with it a bit, (and changed the eyes) much happier with the
lightsabre now.

It consists of 2 media objects whose shape I just realized i should have
done differently - instead of a cylinder capped by spheres it should
have been a flat topped cone topped by a sphere, will redo sabre by
itself tomorrow sometime - this image took a godawful time to render. 
and mygod what a runon sentence.  Anyways, 2 objects with 2 different
glowing medias got this effect which i am mostly happy with.

Lookin' good. Yes, the blade should be more a shape like a cylinder and sphere
CSG somewhat representing an inside-out inverted vortex.
