Here's a little pool scene I whipped up yesterday. The water might be a
bit too greenish. You can see subtle reflective caustics on the walls.
It took about about 5 and half hours to render this image.

Nice. I like it. You just need to un-green the water a bit, and do something
about those purple tiles, I don't like them. Try another, bluer shade. The
caustics make it convincing. Oh, yeah, did you use a normal on the bricks?
'Cause if you didn't, you should. Add something in the water. Perhaps a ball
or a toy around the edges, you know... something.

I second. Especially with the tiles. Give them a bit 3D.

Yep toys in the water. Tiles colour is to close to that of the bricks
and probably makes the scene look smaller than it is.
Maybe I'm missing something, but what is that strange reflection to the
bottom left hand corner, looks like there's a pane of glass there or
something.

Thats a reflection of the window actually, if you zoon in to the left
side of the picture you can just barely see the window starting
I'll make an improved version soon.
