Attached is the latest molecular electronic density using media. Looking
better than the last one, especially with the molecular backbone in place.
However, I need the media to be more opaque - i.e. it should look thicker
and be more obscuring of the atoms (the spheres), especially the ones
closest to the camera.
Any ideas on how to make the media more opaque?
Thanks for the help!
Jim

The higher the media colour, the higher the opacity. I have gone as high as
rgb 800, but that's probably too much in your case.

I'm going to assume that you have the density values in the df3 value
fairly high (255 being max) if not, try raising those.
