Well here is a more finalized version of my nanotechnology. I don't
know how to make it look like a fluid, though. I tried some
atmosphereic media but I don't know how to do that too well yet. Right
now there is a dark fog. I'm going to show some of the plaque being
burned away by the laser. Also I think I might try to add some
turbulence behind the thrusters. Anyone have suggestions o how to do
this? I'm assuming media, but my knowledge of how to do it is limited.

Hi Portelli!

The image has really improved. I fear I am not of great help for the
medias because I still use 3.02. If you are getting into medias then you
should add a "smoke cloud" where the laser beam hits the blobby thing.

I'd like to see more!

BTW, nice idea with the red cross!

You could try using a tiny little camera normal. Also, use a fog with a
fraction of turbulence and color it the way you seem fit (I'd say a bit
reddish in this scene :).

Reminds me of "Fantasitc Voyage", one of my favorite movies when i was a kid.

The sharp lighting looks unatural in an all-fluid environment. Diffuse
lighting all over might be even more important than using fog or media, i
suspect.

To make it look more like your in fluid, I agree with pheonix that you might
want to try a camera normal. But you also may want to add a couple small
bubbles where the laser hits the plaque.

Just a thought.

Ciao!
