That's cool... how did you get the furry texture? Please don't tell me you
had to code it strand by strand. A variation of all the grass that's been
growing around here perhaps?

Unfortunately its not the fur texture thats so hard itself its the
application to any and all objects that's not easy. Note the sphere, a
singular primitive. I've seen a good teddy bear done too which uses
spheres and cylinders. Is UV mapping an answer to this? I know so little
of it.
This looks great though. Media I presume?

I'm betting against media due to the regularity of the pattern
and the uniformity of color density.

Who ever "Govert Zoethout" is I know one thing. His work is very
good and I wish he would comment on some of these fantastic images
he has been posting.

Tribble - noun. Small, furry, irresistably cute space creature that is
already pregnant when it is born and therefore reproduces VERY rapidly.

Let me guess. When I was small I saw one of the old Star Trek episodes.
There little fluffy balls appeared and very fast their number increased
on the good old Enterprise!

Yes, I remember that! I even remember a parody of that in a German
MAD-magazine ;-)

The title of the episode was called "The Trouble With Tribbles" in english.
This explains the message I left earlier about that being the trouble with
tribbles. I thouhgt people would see the humor of that but...

Star-trek?? What's that ? *confused*

Ahh, actually, I'm not a fan, and I didn't follow the series.. So this went
above me totally. Well. Back to tracing.
