Well, myself I think that is quite impressive already. Not sure where all
that blue comes from tho... Shaddow is probably a bit sharp for such a
blurry spotlight... but then, the glass is nearer to the floor that where
ever the light is comming from...

Indeed. Plus wrinkles.

But I wanted to know about the glass.
I found that dispersion gives a slightly greenish
tint to it, even in area where there's no dispersion...

That's because by the nature of POV's dispersion, not every wavelength is 
sampled and since only the used hues are averaged, some hue peaks 
(particularly purple (because it's split between the beginning and the end 
of the spectrum?)) don't get evaluated correctly.
