Like the title says, I made this in under 10 minutes.  The landscape is a
bunch of Spatch bicubic patches, and the texture is mine.  All textures are
procedural.

I'll post the source if anyone is interested.

Sure we are :-)

It looks really nice, somehow unconventional in many ways.  The clouds could
maybe have some more differences in brightness.

If it renders that fast, how about a flying animation ?

Those rocks look a bit like donuts with icing on them.

Excellent! I'd like to see the code for that sand texture! Great stuff!

The primary distraction I see is the smoothness of your slopes. That can be
overlooked, though.
