Hi jr. The animation is really nice; I would certainly like to know how your

I wrote a macro which "scans" (ie 'inside()' tests) a given
volume.  that data gets written into a DF3 file.

my bad.  I thought the names of the original thread and this were the same, but
I missed out the apostrophe and trailing 's'.  Bald Eagle kicked this off on Jun

For some reason it makes me think of something you might see on a b&w 
television when the stations have stopped broadcasting. I have no idea why.
