(It had to be rather heavily compressed to fit here; sorry.)

Hmm, I wonder...
Early B-29's had *notorious* engine problems. I read somewhere that part of the
inner engine was made of magnesium--and when that caught fire, it literally
burned right through the wing. Makes for a bad day...

Ah yes, you have guessed correctly. ;-)
The cockpit has instrument panels, seats--but no crew. Just didn't get around
to making any. (Actually, what I *want* to do is take a video of some friends
against a bluescreen or white background, dress 'em in ersatz bomber gear, and
composite them into the cockpit--with correctly-changing perspective. The *idea*
is worked out--now I just need to do it!)

IIRC Poser has the facility to change a models face using a pair of
front and side photographs
