bmp2avi 1.2 is all you really need and the bmp2avi.htm

using compression manager, you can make whatever you got.
RIFF....AVI LIST`...hdrlavih8.......LIST....strlstrh8...vids3IV2
RIFF.]..AVI LIST`...hdrlavih8.......LIST....strlstrh8...vidsmp43

bmp2avi.exe -i tpd -o tpd.mpg -w explo_fl_05.wav -c 3IV2 -p

upped fps to 20 and doubled the frames, transition intervals lowered for more
frames

3IVX is better and comes out to 900 kb

this is max data rate for the compressor 6000

14 hrs = 3 secs, might be faster to write the whole thing in opengl. now thats
sad

3IVX gives proper gamma, mpg too dark
