i was fiddling around with (again) subliminals and minimalistic animation
when this came out.

the vectors are defined by some piece of software, tracing pictures with
'random guesses' and comparing the difference. it takes quite long to
generate the vectors and i am working on some optimations.

then exported everything to pov includes and did some morphing between
states.
it got real smooth as i wanted it

check the video:

povcode as usual and tracer in delphi

Ooh, cool.

It would be nice to have the pauses be a little longer, so we have time
to guess what the original image is. :-)

You know you've been raytracing too long when you hate games, but you
buy Riven just to look at the pictures.

That came out very nicely. That technique would work well in advertising and
corporate sales promos...

Love the result, and also the idea of minimalistic animation. Arn't morphing
algorithms great? Write them once, define the beginning and end states, and
hey presto you have a great animation.

possible. i made it beatsync to the backgroundmusic with 100bpm. now it
changes every 8 beats, every 16 was to long for my taste..
here some hints anyway..
me, mastercard, cartman, a pyramid, infamous 23, usa flag with 5 jets, bush,
the infamous 'alien autospy', high weirdness logo
(http://www.modemac.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl), ibm, european union (where the
algo did always miss the last star), verichip logo, implantable logo, visa,
me again.

 LOL
my goal is actually anti nwo propaganda

yeah exactly, and without lightsources, shading and complex forms you can
even render the whole animation within minutes. :)

I'm impressed not only because of the final result which is cool but for the
hard work behind the scene... Congratulations.
