That is cool!  Are particle to particle collisions still on?  That 
animation would probably look great with a blob (leaving the individual 
sphere colors intact).

I like it, very smooth. However have you thought about randomizing the
initial velocities of the particles? The animation looks kind of odd at
present with 10,000 particles all falling at exactly the same initial
velocity. Once they enter the obstacles that problem vanishes as they all
go their own seperate ways.
