Hi(gh)!
I recently have finished three more Atari ST monochrome versions of Dan
Byers' (Roadkill Puppy Films on YouTube) animations, each both with and
without Floyd-Steinberg dithering:
Ceramic - without: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5SNxrpmWGM and with
Floyd-Steinberg dithering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSLqAPa1z_E
Blocky Alarm - without: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKXDh_ONaWs and
with Floyd-Steinberg dithering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjZl5aSSE60
The Last Mile - without: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMiDl4DeKig and
with Floyd-Steinberg dithering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3kXHH0UY9w
Notice that with "The Last Mile", due to a not yet cleared bug in the
Floyd-Steinberg dithering feature of YIP (Yadgar's Image Processor), an
irregular row of bobbing black bubbles shows up. I encountered this
phenomenon only once before, I yet have to test under which conditions
it occurs...
See you in Khyberspace!
