Jörg is a Dutchman. Not making money is a heresy. They are worse than
the Scots. ;-)

tsk, tsk! A Dutchman?! I had not realised that we had expanded our
territories. Good to know! :-)

I could have sworn Jörg lived in the Netherlands. My memory must be
going. Ah well, it's taken long enough.
Sorry Jörg.

If Jörg were a Dutchman, he wouldn't be able to afford the Umlaut-dots.
They're quality products made in Germany, and we don't sell them cheap.

So that is why they are not used for UberPov?
Okay I was wrong. Write the date in your diary for reference. :)

Well, one of central tenets of German Engineering is "Why only use 2 parts, when
you can accomplish the same task with 50 high-precision fully articulated hand
crafted mirror-polished moving parts?"
So, they're expensive, on overseas back-order, and since each umlaut is a
precision-coded scalable vector true type WYSIWYG fontpiece made from 7
interlocking pieces. Most (l)users don't have monitors of high enough
resolution, or video cards to drive them, let alone display them at the Proper
Gamma Setting(TM).
:D

No arguing about the precision and shininess of German engineering. But
Umlauts originally were the product of Linotype hot metal splatter.
Rather than reset the type with new slugs. They became a feature.

Fake news!
Pope Pius II praised Gutenberg's use of umlauts 500 years before
Linotype was invented.

You bit before Clipka. :D
+1 Me :)
But you probably don't know. I've worked on Linotype machines, photo
typesetters.
It was an ambush. :)

No, I just would like to publish them on my YouTube channel - like I did
with the adaptions of Dan Byers' clips - for example:

See you in Khyberspace!
