I can just hear the people crying "make it stop!" as I project this onto
a huge Omnimax screen! Haha. >:-)
Seriously... are we having fun yet? 0;-)

Yeah, like it. Seems like a reasonable tumble to me. If you apply this to
asteroids, would this make an interesting, moving asteroid field? OTOH,
asteroids would revolve around an arbitrary axis, not tumble out of control,
or am I mistaken there? Still, worth a try...

No there's nothing stopping an asteroid from revolving around several
axes at once, but of course it wouldn't be random.

Hi!
I like the motion blur effect. How did you do that? Any special
postprocessing of extra animation frames with some external program (e.g.
Photosop) prior to merging them into a smooth animation?
Matt

I can remember some late nights lying in bed with the room moving like
that. That's how you can tell you've had more of a good time than you
probably intended, and a warning to dread the morning that follows! :)

The blur is indeed a postprocessing effect. It was added with VirtualDub
- it just blends consecutive frames together. (Not sure exactly how it
works. And I can't find any way of adjusted.)
Andrew.
