High!
While browsing through the latest animations, I noticed that my computer
(AMD K6-II 400 MHz, Windows 98) obviously is not able to play m1v MPEG
files... as googling for the codec yielded no usable results (I always
ended up on a faulty download site), I ask you whether anybody here
around knows a working link...

rename the file to have an .mpg extention and try to view it.

An m1v file is just standard mpeg video, but without an audio stream. It may
not play when you double-click the file, but dragging it into Media Player
should work, provided the file is not broken.
