Alrighty, the planet now has polar caps and the whole thing can be animated.
not only that but you'll notice that over the course of a year the planet
itself changes significantly (vegetation moves and the polar caps change
based on the inclination of the planets spin axis). I haven't had a chance
to add more vegetation and add a wider variety of color to the land mass
yet, that is next on the todo list.
