link to the latest animation that we (the folks working together at IMP that
is) just finished rendering. (Job #33)
We used a trick of a very large, jittered, 2x2 (2, 2) area light and high
quality focal blur. The animation turned out to be much better than we had
hoped for!
I'm posting a link because the animation 2.31 MB.

It does look radiosity-like... very nice! How long did it take to render the
whole anim?

About 43 hours, but that was on the IMPfarm with 64 machines of varying
speeds.
