Worked perfectly for me, but yes ... You don't get
to see a lot at 1Mb over a minute and a half. Crap. I guess that bodes ill
for my idea of doing something similar.

Interesting. The overall light level in the room flickers, as one would
expect, but not exactly in sync with the images on the screen. Is it
therefore an unintended artifact?

Nice blob girl.

Ehhh not so much unintended as because I was going for speed...using
really cheap radiosity settings.

I had an idea on how to make it in colour, but need an image editing
program that can do some batch image processing beyond just converting
formats. It's a pretty geeky way, too...guess how I'm gonna do it?

Render RGB channeles separately and then merge them?

Close...I'm making df3 files of each of the channels and
rendering each with emission media of appropriate colour,
with the containing objects lined up.

Me too.

Then I noticed that I had DivX version 5.0.2 installed.
I just now upgraded to DivX 5.0.5 (not DivX Pro) and it looks loverly.
Now I can go back and find all the other DivX flix I couldn't see properly before.

I just finished today the full-colour version, want
me to post that? I can probably increase the video
quality if I leave out the audio track.
