Hmm the camera, and perhaps the scaling. The table suggests the car is a
model. But the paint have very large highlights, and the blurred reflections
suggest a kind of plastic material... ?

The fact that the grain on the paint is so jittery in the animation doesn't
help, though I am aware that this is extremely difficult to avoid. Nice
thoough.

It is a mirrored sphere :)
I put it there to cover a nasty stretched bit of the HDR image.
