strange things happened when i made an animation with the spotlight
changing size, so i left it alone and just changed the sphere.

lol you don't want it, trust me; I just slapped the animation into my
existing balcony scene...it's really easy to duplicate tho, it's just
a scattering<0.004,0.004,0.004>/emitting rgb<0.001,0.001,0.001> media
sphere, a sphere with interior with ior 1.15 and dispersion 1.5 starting
at radius 3 decreasing in radius to 0.1, and a spotlight...
