There's actually a good optical illusion in this one. Stare at the globe
spinning and then after a while pause it. See if it moves.
Now onto the clouds... wonderful. Though I think there would be more clouds
towards each pole.

How about adding a second set of clouds, independent of the first set? Of
course, the render time might suffer slightly, but it might look even more
dramatic. Would you be willing to post the source? I'd like to render it
using image and bump maps of the earth...
