A compiled command-line executable is available on Christoph's page, here:
http://www.tu-bs.de/~y0013390/simpov/

If you try and get things to work without properly reading the documentation (like I
did ;-)),
be aware that you have to run the scene files first with +kff1 (to initialise the
meshes), and
then with +kffn (n being whatever number of frames you wish to be your anims length).

If you have any other problems, just ask, as I probably had the same ones too.
