Slime requested an animated version of my 'Energy Ball' image posted
in p.b.i.

I compressed it a little too much, but I still think it looks pretty
good. I'll upload a better quality version if time permits, and if
anyone wants to see it.

240x240x25fps, 1000 frames.

Took around 3h30m to render, I used 1/10th the number of photons.

Looks very cool indeed, but IMHO it could move a bit faster, maybe even
twice as fast. And try and make it cyclic (so that it can be repeated),
don't know if that is possible though.

Yeah, I rendered too many frames (1000), 200 would probably have been enough
for this. If I get a chance I'll chuck out a couple of frames here and
there and reupload.
