What kind of cloth model are you using? Springs? If yes, you're going to
have to use really small time steps and/or less stiff springs.

Typical forward Euler instability. Reduce the integration step, soften
the springs and increase damping, in that order.

If you like the 'rubbery' behaviour, softening the springs is cool. But if
you don't like the rubber sheet effect, you'll have to use VERY SMALL
integration/time steps (especially with forward euler) and very stiff
springs.

This is not a solution as the forward Euler becomes unstable with the
number of steps, too. I've had a perfectly settled system (i.e. in
static balance) explode in just a few dozen iterations. You have to
use a converging method, and the forward Euler is not one.
