These two frames show the exact same object.  The only differece is, in the
second image the camera is moved out of it's proper viewing location.

In the animation the part to be removed is recalculated for each frame based
on the new camera location.

The computation is the normal of a plane that touches two points on the edge
of the piece behind, and the camera.

Think of it as a saw blade that is in line with your eye, and the piece
behind that appears to be in front.
