I've been experimenting lately with brownian motion to simulate corals. I've
posted in binaries.images a static image but I thought it would be nice to
animate it to show some of the process of the creation of the coral.

Unfortunately, I deleted accidentally the file which contained 60,000
components and didn't have the patience to go over it again (about 8 hours)
and made the animation with 10,000 components.

I hope you like it and I'll be glad to receive comments and suggestions.

Fernando.

That's a great effect. Have you posted the code for this?

Hi Dennis. I'm glad you liked it. The POV code is very simple (just a blob
and a sphere), the real code is programmed in an external program, whose
code is somewhat messy :/

However, I posted in povray.binaries.images a brief explanation of the
process.

Thanks again,

Fernando.

Hi Tony, I'm glad you liked it. I've posted in povray.binaries.images an
explanation of the process if you want to understand :)

Thanks for your comments,

Fernando.
