Because of behind the scenes file transfers, related to POV-Ray v3.5,
Mr. Cason had to raise the server imposed file size limit. We would
still appreciate it if people would self police themselves and try
not to post any animation with an unencoded size of over 700k.
Our server hard drive space is not infinite and once we start to
run out of room we will have to delete messages from several groups
to get it back to a managable level.

It's because it's cached on your computer.

If you right-click on the newsgroup in particular, select Properties->Local
File and delete or reset the messages, it should disappear. But then you
lose all other messages too.
