Well, another competition closed, and I didn't submit anything.  Anyone 
know when the new topic will be posted?  I want as much time as 
possible, because I really want to try to get something compete.

It's already been announced on ftp.irtc.org. The new topic is "Evolution".

Bummer, I'm no good at organic shapes.  Hmmm, would you say a city 
evolves? or just grows.....
