I've found that Media Player refuses to play more than the first 8-12 frames
of most MPEG files, and almost always leaves off the last few frames of the
movie. I recommend getting a freeware program such as Display for playing

Any chance of a hint as to where it might be found. I don't fancy doing
a web search for "Display" as it might find lots of other stuff.

No reason to do a web search when you have the linkmaster at your
disposal. You can find Display at the povray.org links pages or
for direct links you can use now look...

Well I have said before that CMpeg encodes very playable files. Don't think I
would ever say MS Media Player could play any and every thing. Or have I? Hmmm.
