Begining with 3.7 beta 18, pvengine.exe (jan. 18th 2007) does not start on
my Win2k system.
- Error message "HeapQueryInformation" not found in KERNEL32.dll.
Looking in kernel32.dll shows, there is no procedure "HeapQueryInformation"!
This does not happen with WinXP.
