Hi,

I've checked the buglist (Dec 10th) and this one's not in it, so I hope I'm
correct in posting here.

Using Beta 8, win32-icl. Win2k, 800Mhz P3, 256Meg RAM.

When rendering, if I minimise the render window, I can't ever get it back
without changing the .ini file. The hide/show works fine, I just can't use
the windows minimise button.

The pvengine.ini file gains the following line in the RenderWindow section:

Flags=536870912

If I remove this line, then the window is back and usable again.

HTH,

Michael Kearns.

Works fine for me. Perhaps it is related with some wrong windows dll. I've
copied your flags value into ini file and it sill works fine.

If you could both list the settings in the Render Window Settings under the
Options menu, perhaps others could repeat the scenario.

checked:
 - get focus on creation
 - keep above main
 - preserve contents during animation
grayed:
 - hide when main minimized
 - re-display
 - close
grayed and checked:
 - hide when main minimized

Sorry about my delay in replying.
For my failing version:

As it comes out of the box ;o)

(Exactly the same settings as the previous reply from ABX).

I can't duplicate this (though sometimes I have to press the restore button
twice, since the system menu pops up the first time).

If someone can work out how to isolate the problem please let me know.
