Considering two compile versions of current betas I suppose there will be two
official compilations just like for 3.1. So I suppose this sentence from 8.3.1.1
is outdated : " We currently only support VC++ v6 and perhaps v5. ".

Since section 8.4 is not written at all yet and I have no information
about what compiler(s) will be used for the final version(s), I'll leave
it as it is. It will get a note in the todo list though.

Thanks,

Ingo

What about sections connected with include files? Are they finished?

There are one or two question marks left, but yes it's finished (unless
there are changes made to the include files themselves).

HFComputeNormal and HFSphereRcrse from shapes.inc seem not described.

7.8.1 & 7.8.2 give information via name of variables
7.8.4 & 7.8.5 give little text information
but 7.8.3 has no information at all

These are internal macros, the user is never intended to use them.

Maybe I should just mention that in the docs.

It would be a more logical choice to make some comments about it in the
include file... It is only by looking through the include file that users
discover those macros in the first place.
