After closing pvengine-sse2.exe I got the error below it possibly has something
to do with the lack of memory. The laptop had no free memory and the swapfile
was in constant use during parsing and rendering. On exiting I noted that there
was more free memory than before PovRay started. Rerunning the same render the
HD was quiet but I got the same error on exiting 

I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit with 2 Megs Ram on an AMD dual core
laptop. The zipped file with an image map is 2854KB, 10KB without the image map.
