On ubuntu amd64,
despite success of configure, the compilation fails when
libboost-thread-dev is not installed.
(libboust1.42-dev does not have it as a dependancy)
It's a shame to have to wait for the end of the long compilation to
raise that issue.
(other packages issue are raised by configure, which is far more quick)
