A bit late, regarding 3.7.0 beta 25:

Once an Ini file has been generated with -GIfoo.ini,
each call to povray foo.ini will regenerate the file (ok), but extend the 
Library_Path with 3 new entries (.../povray-3.7, .../povray-3.7/ini, .../
povray-3.7/include)

After a few runs, that's a lot of lines for nothing...

Architecture: Linux, Gentoo, AMD64, home compilation from source tarball.

Good point ... this will be fixed in beta 26.
