Hello, nearly a cosmetic issue.
On 3.7 betat 25 (when it works... boost issue on gentoo ~amd64 ? 
vfessession::Initialize get out with "Timed out..." message, another 
story)... ok, back to the cosmetic (and hopefully easily fixable):
I rendered a 1600x1200 picture on my 1600x1200 display, running gnome as 
windows manager (default gnome, no fancy beryl/compiz/fuzion).
I have two bars: one at the top, one at the bottom.
Povray performs a nice reduction of the rendering window at 93% (that's 
what the title bar says)... but with the title on top of the window 
(Clearlook theme/appearance), the rendering window does not fit in the 
visible area, a few lines at the bottom are hidden by the bar.)
If the reduction was intended to display the whole picture, I believe it 
failed (by a few lines, but nevertheless).
My top bar is 32 pixels, my bottom bar is 25 pixels.
Pushing away one of the bar is a way to see the whole picture, but I do 
not intend to set "autohide" on them, and it's a bit cumbersome.
