Tested with the basic scene template at 640 x 480 without aa

Partial render doesn't work whatever the method used (using the mouse or 
shift-mouse to define the render region or using the +SR/SC/ER/EC commands).
POV-Ray displays the render window and then renders nothing and doesn't seem 
to stop (looks like there's an infinite loop somewhere).
Clicking on the Stop button aborts the "render" but disables the 
Ini/Sel-Run/Stop/Pause button and the parameter field.
