WinXP 466Mhz 300RAM - RC6

I don't know if this is intended or not, but the line numbering option in
the 'misc' tab of the editor preferences isn't persistent between sessions.
If you turn it on, close POV and reopoen POV the line numbering is turned
off again.  It seems to be the only part of the preferences that isn't
persistent.
