Just guessing, but I think the size of the cylinder light spot is the
same as a spot light spot at the point_at point. For example, if a spot
light has a spot 5 units wide on a plane going through the point_at
point, a cylinder light with the same parameters will be 5 units wide.
Personally, I'd prefer it if the radius keyword specified the actual
radius, and the angle keyword were used to specify the angle, but this
wouldn't keep backwards compatibility.
