Hi!

Due to the changes in the camera definition (i think) some pictures in the
insert menu need upgrade:

I rerendered the insertmenu bmps, and
- all the "CSG operations",
- "material>ior"
have a very wide angle view - the csg is a little something in the middle of
checkered nowhere.

-"Patterns1>functions" is a blue screen, nothing else.

That's all, I spotted.

Will be fixed, if you want to do it yourself for now, just make the camera
angle the last parameter.

That's because of the different function syntax, the relevant change did
not make it into beta 10.
