The plural of "axis" is "axes", not "axii".
More importantly, and I haven't seen this mentioned, but please forgive me
if I missed it, there is a really obvious problem with the scenes\objects
directory, blob.pov renders with two small black triangles on the blob next
to the circular inner hole. I can't imagine it was missed, but I was
curious what the status of that issue was.

Gee, the old syntax too. When I rendered all the scenes it was only at
320x240 maximum and I can't notice that speck here until at 512x384. Not to
mention I only scanned through each.
sturmian root solver is no good for it either. blob has been one of those
difficult primitives so I guess no one has a answer yet.

Sorry, BUT, I have(*) the beginning of the answer for that particular blob
problem.
