This was reported to .windows as a feature request by Phillipe Debar. I
think it's really a bug. He says that you can still "cut" even when you
don't have any text selected, and therefore clear out the clipboard
unintentionally. Shouldn't the "cut/copy" option be off when you don't have
anything selected?

Just checked in 3.1b4 : when no selection is made (selection is zero
character long), the menu are disabled but the shorctut keys are still
working. (I don't know if menu were disabled before, I never actually
checked).

POV-Ray 3.5 b4
Win 2k pro sp2
Ahtlon 1.2 GHz
512 MB DDR
