  max_gradient warnings incorrect (Message 1 to 3 of 3)

The max_gradient warnings seem to report wrong values if 'open' is used in
the isosurface. This already occurred in previous betas.

Example: 'objects/isosurfaces.pov' reports 'maximum gradient found was
2308.710' for line 61 while the true value should be '1'.

WinPov RC3, Athlon, WinNT.

It really thinks this is the max_gradient. I don't know exactly why, but it
max_gradient works this way...

Anyway it should be changed, otherwise you have no chance avoiding the
warnings.

I don't know the code, but i presume when 'open' is used some necessary
calculation is missing and therefore a wrong max_gradient is calculated in
the end.
